Intuitive Dancing - How does the process work?
Arriving
We begin each dance class with a mindful meditation that invites you to arrive in your body and in your heart.
Deepening your body awareness
I will then guide you into an even deeper body awareness with the help of carefully selected music.
Different rhythms and sounds will encourage you to experience yourself in a wide variety of movements: Slow, fast, dynamic, powerful, gentle, flowing, rigid …
Different feelings may arise within you.
You are invited to integrate all these feelings into your dance and experience yourself in them. Show yourself angry, sad, alive, anxious, joyful, insecure, loud, quiet…
I will accompany you in meeting your feelings with devotion.

Through several years of awareness training with Isabella, I have developed a subtlety and a stable connection to my heart that can flow into all areas of life. This enables me to guide you through intuitive dancing into a space of perception in which you can return to your heart through conscious body movement.
